Frequently Asked Questions

What is your refund policy on classes?

If a student would like to cancel, they must do so at least 72 hours before the class for a refund. The non-refundable deposit is, well, non-refundable. If the class is paid in full and the student does not attend and all attempts to contact the student are unsuccessful, the entire course fee is forfeited.

Can I reschedule if I can’t make the class?

Life happens and things can come up unexpectedly, and we understand that. If a deposit has been made and/or the class has been paid in full, we offer a one-time free reschedule for a future class. If the free reschedule has been used and the student does not attend the class still, the deposit is forfeited.

Are ammunition/firearms provided? Can I bring my own firearms/ammo to these courses?

Each course description will specify if you need to bring your own guns/ammo, how much to bring, and if any are provided. During the sign-up process for our courses, depending on the class, you may be prompted to check a box asking if you are bringing firearms/ammo. If you check Yes, you will then be asked to provide make, model, and caliber. This helps us prepare by knowing ahead of time what firearms we will be seeing in our upcoming classes.

What do you do with my information?

Nothing except store it securely! We take the storage and handling of other’s information very seriously, and do not sell/share customer info with third parties.

Whatever burning questions you may have. Whether it’s questions about our courses, video content, business inquiries, or even if you want to ask us about certain guns, gear, and accessories, shoot us an email at primarydefensivesolution@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours (we try to be sooner than that).

Are you available for private lessons?

We sure are! Click here to be redirected to our sign-up page to receive one-on-one instruction and we will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss what you would like to train/focus on, rates, scheduling, and required equipment/materials.

Do you offer courses in Spanish?

We sadly do not offer courses in Spanish. We will look into a Spanish-only course once we have ensured we can relay all of the vital information in a Spanish format, we would hate for critical info to not be explained thoroughly. Thankfully South Florida is home to lots of excellent instructors that offer Spanish-only courses.
